We are home. Our Buddy dog is happy. He is old and going a little blind. He doesn't really like travelling anymore. So he hung in the backyard while we unpacked. And seemed happy! A dogs life eh?
The ride home was uneventful EXCEPT there is a fire right off the road. We couldn't see the flames, thankfully, but boy you could see the smoke! Scary really. And you can see that there is smoke on the side of the slope where embers have fallen, I guess, and starting the slope on fire. Not good! Unfortunately the best shot is on video and I can't seem to get it to load on blogger!
