March 25 - April 1 Bakersfield

We have been through Albany, OR and Central Point, OR and Corning, CA and Chowchilla, CA and are now in Bakersfield.  

A lot of rain through Oregon. And we got snow and hail through the Siskiyou pass. Oregon to California.  It didn't stick on the road, but was on the sides.  We just slow down and take it easy. I have a picture, but it doesn't show the snow very well.

This is Southern Oregon RV Park in Central Point, OR. Around Medford.   It is a state park and really lovely.   Clean and well kept.  We had wished we stayed longer as there seemed like a nice walking path. Next time. 

Again, rainy. 

Snow over the Siskiyou pass.  Between Oregon and California.  It hailed in Weed. 

We stayed at Rolling Hills RV park. Was hopefully going to golf but it poured the next day. 

This is Lakes RV at Chowchilla,CA. We decided not to golf because it was supposed to rain.  It was of course beautiful. Did laundry instead.  Oh fun.

We are at Bakersfield River Run RV park. When you drive down the street towards it you think "am I going the correct way?  Is this going to be a hole!"  But it is a really nice park.  It's just past an industrial area.  We have stayed before and it is always good and it is FULL by 7:00. 

I had to post a food picture.   These are peppers layered with left over spaghetti sauce and cottage cheese with spinach and mozzarella cheese.  Just like a mini lasagna.  I have made these before. Easy and very yummy.
