April 22, 2025 - Palm Springs

Well well well.  Someone is lazy with her blog. I find when you go to the same place, it's hard to get excited writing about it.

Dinner at a mexican restaurant with Wilbur's child hood friend Kim. His wife had flown home for a brief visit.  So I took advantage to ham it up with him.

Oh my goodness.  We had an earthquake!  Wilbur was at the driving range and I was in the trailer with the dogs. I thought Joannie was scratching and shaking the whole trailer. NOPE. It was a long shaker!

Lunch with friends. Rose beside me and then across from her Chris then Theresa then Lisa. 

We met Rose and Lisa in Kelowna last year. They were staying beside us in the little (but lovely) RV park we stay in year after year. 

They are from Santa Barbara.  And we were thrilled we could meet up with them. They were staying in Palm Springs with Chris and Theresa for a few days.  A really nice, fun bunch.  The food was good too.

This is on the course at our RV lot.  Not busy now since it is April.  The "normal" Canadians go home at the end of March, when it starts to get really hot.  

We are going to get three more rounds of golf in before we head home.  And a few other things.
